audio tutorials for current and prospective users of the Pro Tools digital audio workstation, there is sure to be helpful knowledge for everyone.

Our paid tutorials are broken up into three major categories, Recording, Editing, and Mixing.
The recording Tutorial is over an hour long and is currently available for $9.99. This module provides you with a work flow to get up and recording quickly. You'll be able to create a new session and add various types of tracks such as: Audio, Master Fader, and Click.

The Editing tutorial is an interactive audio module with nearly two and a half hours of instruction and is currently available for $19.99. After purchasing, you will be provided a link to the accompanying session so that you can follow along with us and practice editing the exact session you hear in the tutorial. This module covers concepts such as, using VoiceOver's hotspot feature to manage information and changes in Pro Tools, using markers, multiple techniques for selecting and manipulating audio, comping vocals, as well as, fades, (fade in, fade out, and cross fades). The Mixing tutorial is a continuation of the editing module. You will be provided with a second session completely edited, and ready for mixing. We will cover concepts such as: adjusting faders, instantiating a plugin, inserting a compressor, inserting an EQ, setting up time based processing, automation via the keyboard, and bouncing. I wish Pro Tools was accessible on PC as well, but it's nice Mac users get the privoledge at least.

Just bringing this topic back up so Mac users who haven't been on in a bit will see this.
Really nice to see this sort of stuff coming out now for mac users. I don't use the app myself, but think it's a great service you guys are doing.

It's been a pet project now for a year, and it was nice to finally release it.
We're considering doing more such tutorials on Reaper, and garage band for the Mac, if there is interest. We'll see how this launch goes first.

Another great site, though not specifically for blind/vi musicians is ProTools Expert. It has some great plugin reviews and great tips as well. I'm not a PT user myself but the guys at ProTools expert are great at describing what they're doing in the daw, and provide great examples in their videos. Highly reccommended.
